Déjà ce que je peux dire c’est que cet hôtel n’apprécie pas que l’on réserve via une plateforme telle que hotels.com et vous le fait savoir, lors de la réservation mon assistante s’est trompée, elle a réservée 2 chambres pour 3 nuits la semaine du 8 au 14 mars, hors c’était 2 nuits pour cette semaine la et 1 nuit pour la semaine du 15 au 21 mars, mais lorsque j’ai demandé à l’hôtel si nous pouvions trouvé un arrangement, la réponse a été « ah ben comme vous avez réservé avec hotels.com ca ne va pas être possible, c’est dommage car si vous aviez réservé avec nous, nous aurions pu le faire » sauf que lorsque j’ai eu hotels.com au téléphone cela était possible si l’hôtelier le demandait, donc résultat 1 nuit pour 2 chambres perdue !!! D’autre part le covid a bon dos, d’une part la chambre n’est plus faite à cause de cela mais en plus les dosettes de café ne sont pas renouvelées les autres jours et si vous en demandez, on vous les factures et enfin repas pris à l’hôtel durant les 2 nuits, le 1er jour impeccable cloche pour garder la chaleur, 1 plateau par personne, carafe d’eau ...... le 2eme jour (après la réclamation) plus de cloche, 1 plateau pour 3 personnes, pas de carafe d’eau ..... maintenant l’addition lors du règlement je dis donc que la chambre restera vacante car nous repartons ..... aucun mot d’excuses ni quoique ce soit, pour avoir l’habitude de faire des déplacements j’ai vraiment été très déçu de cet hôtel qui n’en veut qu’à votre portefeuille et rien d’autre

Hôtel située en plein nature. Malgré que c'est a côté de l'autoroute mais ça reste calme. Personnel à l'accueil tres reacrif suite à une erreur liée à l'attribution de la chambre.
