Golden Nugget Biloxi

Rooms were average at best. Had to change rooms 3 times in 4 days. Different issues. Casino was tightest I’ve ever come across. Hotel was definitely not kid friendly. Difficult to check in unless valet parked.

The staff were very rude no professionalism. Rooms smell like pot being smoked from other rooms. Smell of pot walking in the hallways. We ate in myltiple restaurants and had to get a manager to be tge server because one did not know what the other was doing.When you asked a question staff acts like they did not hear what you asked. As far as the room no electrical outlets work next to bed. The lamps did not work. Mini fridge was cool/warm. I will never stay at this facility ever again. The price we paid for the room is definitely not worth the price. Also when you climb in the bed and find another female underwear before even removing our own clothes to change is a disgrace.

Smell of cigarette smoke permeated throughout the building. Poor layout of hotel/casino. On-site dining facilities were lacking. Rooms are unsafe, no grab bars in showers and no towels bars to hang used towels on to dry. No chain lock or other additional security measure on hotel room door.
