Har boet der 4 gange og det er kun blevet ringere Receptionisten talte KUN fransk Vi kunne ikke få noget at spise på hotellet og der var ingen spise muligheder i området Vi ha været der for sidste gang 👎👎👎

Séjour correct mais franchement ne pas proposer le restaurant le week end c’est désagréable. Ne pas pouvoir obtenir une liste de restaurants est énervant. Au final, si nous avions su qu’il faudrait galérer pour aller manger un samedi soir, nous n’aurions pas réservé ce campanile. Sans parler des difficultés avec hôtel.com et là, heureusement, la personne de l’accueil a résolu le problème.

"Qualité des prestations"

Mon séjour s'est agréablement bien déroulé. L'hôtel est à proximité des grands axes vers Lyon. Au niveau prestations de l'hôtel, tout est fait pour assurer le meilleur confort : chambres propres, spacieuses, équipées pour travailler, et donnant sur l'extérieur. Un service de nettoyage quotidien est maintenu ce qui est exceptionnel comparé à d'autres chaînes hôtelières, et les repas offrent choix et qualité sur une semaine. Le plus : la disponibilité et grande gentillesse du personnel, sympathique et enclin à répondre à nos besoins.

Chambre propre et d un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le petit déjeuner en buffet subit les contraintes de la situation sanitaire. Le personnel est à l écoute, serviable, professionnel, d une sympathie qui fait plaisir rien a redire de ce côté là. Je recommande vivement
