"hôtel très proche du centre ville de Ste Foy où nous nous rendions pour une fête de famille"

la literie et la propreté étaient correctes ; le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.. l'environnement assez verdoyant et relativement calme, ce qui est agréable en pleine ville.

la situation de la chambre juste en face de l'escalier, ce qui générait un bruit très dérangeant lorsque les gens montaient ou descendaient, surtout en trainant leurs valises ! La lunette des toilettes de wc était à peine fixée et sur un seul côté.. du coup, il était quasi impossible de l'utiliser, elle glissait soit d'un côté soit de l'autre, ce qui n'est pas admissible pour ce type d'hôtel !
