Jackson Lake Lodge

Very peaceful. Would definitely recommend. Scenery from lobby and patio were spectacular.

Excellent location, most of the staff is professional and friendly, but was expected much more in terms of services and condition for the price paid.

The views, the size of the room, the restaurants and shops on-site.

The room was in very bad condition. It’s very smelly. I went to front desk ask for change. She refuse to change room for us. They sprayed air fresh in the room, makes the smell even worst. I found the toilet was not seal and smell very very bad! The ventilation fan like tract very noise. Just can not fall in sleep even we are very tired. We spend almost $600 but the room condition even worse than a motel room. Surprise, the hotel staff not do any thing to help! This is my second time stay but very very bad experience.

Liked hotel setup (location, restaurants, shops) but cottage room walls are paper thin as I easily heard neighbors talk and, unfortunately, having sex. I had to play music to cover up this disturbing noise.

Having come from a stay at the Lake Yellowstone Cabins, which was dismal, the Jackson Lake Lodge cabins were the height of luxury. Comfortable, spacious, clean, everything Lake Yellowstone wasn't.

what's not to like, Teton mountains, nice resort, good food. Really glad we decided to stay here rather than downtown Jackson. Awesome hiking.
