Staff was so attentive and friendly. Wonderful options for dining and enjoying a cocktail with an amazing view of the Tetons, after a long day of hiking and exploring. Loved the convenience. Special place. Will visit again.

Jackson Lake Lodge is all about the view of the Grand Tetons from the lodge restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Blue Heron Lodge for reasonable food prices and the spectacular view through the three story windows. We stayed in a cabin with peeling paint on the front door frame and a Holiday Inn quality interior--at Four Seasons prices! ($500/night in September.) The housekeeping service is atrocious--3 calls and hours to get fresh towels and never complete housekeeping in 3 days. The only saving grace is that the staff are friendly and professional when they finally arrive. The location is good but Jenny Lake has better trails and activities.

"Visiting Tetons"

Staff was friendly, grounds were beautiful. I don’t need my linens changed, but I wish they would make the beds every day - nice to come back to. Would stay here again.
