The hotel room was so grose. Stained towles and piloow cases when I went to bed i was refused any clean stuff. Just horrible

Upon arrival in my room I went immediately back to my car for cleaning supplies. I spent the next 20 min cleaning the flat surfaces that were sticky and dirty. Mirrors were smeary. Bedding looked ok. Opted not to take a chance on the shower.

Disappointed that the tissue box was totally empty near the bathroom. Also the drain in the shower wouldn’t drain fast enough—who really wants to take a show while standing in water most of the time. Ugh!

The price was really cheap, I booked it through booking.com..while I was across the street eating a steak at a good restaurant "Cindy's think was the name..paid 65 tax included.. the guys at the front were very nice, the one training that night even showed me to my room, opened the door ,turned the TV on ,the lights ,the air conditioner and asked if he could get anything for me like it was a 5 star hotel.. never had that done anywhere before. Top rate for the staff. Also I pulled off this exit because of the name of the town ,Mendota,..which is the name of my hometown also ,just in Virginia... glad I did..

Hotel has plenty of age on it, very old looking, .it was late and I needed a cheap place for about 7 hours.. to my surprise it was very clean in the room ,everything worked as it should.bed was not to bad ,slept very nice. Hotel across the street was over 100 and some odd bucks. Took the chance with super 8 and it paid off.

The staff were friendly and helped us to our rooms with our stuff. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. We were 7 minutes from the corn festival so it is conveniently located around everything. There are no bugs and the room was clean. It may not be the Ritz, but it's not like I live there. All I ask for is comfort, cleanliness, and no bugs. It was a great experience with this hotel, I will definitely be back. Ty, Betty and jeff wagner
