L’emplacement juste à côté du château, la taille de la chambre et la décoration en adéquation avec le lieu historique. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et la serveuse très prévenante.

Le service principalement. Aucune explication sur la chambre lors du check-in, alors que le système d’éclairage est un peu complexe. J’ai dû me débrouiller avec ma valise. Le service de chambre est catastrophique. Une femme de chambre est entré pendant que je prenais ma douche à 9.30 du matin, sans s’excuser, pour savoir si je souhaitais que la chambre soit faite. Les rideaux ont été tirés une nuit sur les 3 de mon séjour. Le lit était fait sans être fait. Les bouteilles d’eau entamée non remplacée…. On est très loin du niveau attendu dans un relais et château, encore plus d’un hôtel 2 clés Michelin!
