I loved our stay here, property was beautiful, the staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room had a private balcony and we enjoyed having our breakfast brought to us each morning while we sat and looked out over the caldera. Each morning you could call to order breakfast from the menu. It was all delicious and best orange juice I’ve ever had. The room was beautiful with our own jacuzzi tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Make sure you call to get a transfer to and from the airport, it can be confusing to find your first time.

The hotel was impeccable and the location was perfect. Although every staff member went above and beyond, we were very impressed with Anastasia’s efforts to ensure our stay went well. She answered our emails prior to the trip as well as stayed in touch throughout the trip to make sure it went perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Expensive but a true 5-star hotel and experience. The staff was truly excellent - all consistently friendly and helpful. The room, property, view and breakfasts were all spectacular. The location was very convenient for walking to everything we needed. Located right “on the main drag” but tucked away out of view of the main walkway for privacy and quiet. Recommend using their shared shuttle service from the ferry terminal for only 35 euros due to the challenge of finding the hotel and carrying luggage. Prepare to tip the porter who will come to the taxi to help transport your luggage up the hill to the hotel. Note the town of Fira not suitable for children due to all the steep drops and cliffs; we were told the southern black sand beach area is the family-friendly spot.

This hotel covers everything, amazing caldera view, outstanding condition of room and the public areas, happy faces and charming personalities of the staff. Will recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxury boutique hotel.

If your elderly , lots of walking,,Don't get room 10 or 9 , its in a man hole with a spiraling stare case , was hard to get up and down.. Yhey should have a warning on rooms like that.

Stunning views and service the second you walk in the door. Welcome lemonade drink while taking in the stunning surroundings. The breakfast options were varied and all delicious. Highly recommend the bread basket! Joy and Anastasia were so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
