"Decevant et tres moyen"

Après un voyage marathon du sud au nord pour récupérer une voiture réparée, nous sommes revenus vers le sud, en nous arrêtant à ce Campanile, nous étions épuisés et voulions un bon repas. HORRIBLE ! Pas de cuisinier, seulement un buffet proposé. Deux plats surgelés [tièdes] proposés, honteux pour le prix. Le réceptionniste était agréable, ce n'était pas sa faute bien sûr. Poisson desséché ou boulettes de viande dures. Seules les frites étaient chaudes [nous avons demandé des frites fraîches car celles proposées étaient "mortes"]. Je ne reviendrai définitivement pas ici tant qu'il n'y aura pas de menu acceptable ! Il y a d'autres hôtels dans ce quartier à choisir ... un matelas très dur nous attendait dans la chambre ...

Our first room had a plumbing problem and the carpet was wet. We told the staff in the morning and they seemed to know about this but we still had given us the room. Our second room for the following night smelled really bad from cigarettes even though it’s non smoking. Also we could hear music into the night from the nearby bar. Overall not a nice place to stay.
