Comfy bed after long journey. Staff, one girl, was excellent running the entire Campanile.

No restaurant, hairdryer did not work, towels were grey and old, air con poor. The girl in duty was amazing, running the whole thing. It is appalling that you do not have more staff on duty, it was an awful overnight stay.

The room was what I needed and as expected. Air Con was working well in the "à deg heat and so a great nights sleep: Good powerful shower woke me up ready for a great buffet breakfast. The meal the night before was great as was the cold beer after a days driving: Then all refreshed for the final 4 hour drive to the coast.

Bonjour Nous voyageons en groupe (à moto) et nous comptions avoir un bon diner, et là on nous dis personnel restreint donc compliqué, nous avons quand même pu nous restaurer mais avec un choix très très restreint. De plus dans l'une des chambre le volet roulant ne s'ouvrait pas, on nous a expliqué que pas le choix car c'était complet mais j'avais quand même réservé plusieurs mois à l'avance. Sinon la personne qui a géré était très bien (elle a vraiment fait ce qu'elle à pu)

Responsable absent. Une seule personne pour assurer réception, cuisine, service... une catastrophe dont elle n'était en rien responsable. Ne était pouvait nous proposer qu'une assiette froide à 21h30 car elle assurait seule le service du dîner et il n'y avait personne en cuisine. Du coup, nous sommes allés dîner au Buffalo Grill. Impossible d'ouvrir le volet roulant de la chambre qui était cassé. Une seule personne le matin pour assurer la réception et le service des petits déjeuners
