"Teleurstellend."

De omgeving is een industrieterrein vlak naast de snelweg. Hier hoor je gelukkig niets van. In de omgeving is een grote Carrefour en een McDonalds.

Er kon vanaf 14.00 uur worden ingecheckt. Wij kwamen om 14.15 uur en er was niemand bij de receptie. Een kwartier gewacht en rondgekeken of we iemand konden vinden, maar de receptie en het restaurant waren verlaten. Vervolgens de receptie gebeld, telefoon ging over maar er kwam niemand. Nogmaals gebeld en kreeg uiteindelijk iemand aan de telefoon die geen Engels sprak. Na 5 minuten in de wacht gestaan te hebben, kreeg ik iemand aan de telefoon die wel Engels sprak. Ze gaf aan dat er zo iemand naar de receptie zou komen. Uiteindelijk kwam er inderdaad iemand aan, die zich niet verontschuldigde en ons chagerijnig incheckte. De kamer was eenvoudig, het bed redelijk, 1 kussen en 1 handdoek per persoon. Helaas zaten er allemaal fruitvliegjes in de kamer, dit was niet hygienisch. Ook het hoofdbord bij het bed was vies en vet. Dit hebben we zelf moeten schoonmaken om er fatsoenlijk tegenaan te kunnen zitten. Het hotel was volgeboekt, het restaurant was gereserveerd door een grote groep mensen die tot laat in de avond luid pratend langs kwamen lopen. We hebben dus geen goede nachtrust gehad. Het ontbijt was niet inbegrepen bij de prijs.

Chambre et sanitaires propres et assez grand. Personnel accueillant et aimable.

Manque de personnel criant. La personne de l'accueil fait le repas et le service à table. L'escalier d'accès à l'étage est presque dangereux quand on a des valises.

"Impeccable pour un passage d'une nuit"

Le passage d'une nuit s'est très bien passé, la chambre était propre et fonctionnelle. La réceptionniste était très sympathique.

Pas de défaut à déplorer, pour une chaîne d'hôtel abordable.

L'ensemble du groupe de 19 jeunes et des encadrants ont été très bien accueillis . Ils ont bien dormi , chambre agréables .
