"Déçu de ce séjour, dommage car nous avions un souvenir correct du campanile, mais là ça c’est dégradé, je ne le recomman"

Premièrement nous avons eu une panne de climatisation dans un week-end de canicule, on nous a donné une autre chambre avec une climatisation très bruyante et peu performante, propreté laissant à désirer, porte de la salle de bain difficile à ouvrir, bac de douche bouché qui déborde et inondé la salle de bain. Et en plus on nous a demandé une somme supplémentaire pour notre chien, alors que lors de la réservation on avait mentionné qu’il y avait un chien et donc nous avons payé le tarif indiqué et parce qu’on nous change de chambre à cause de la Clim ce qui n’est pas de notre fait !! On nous augmente le prix. Et le prix du petit déjeuner à 16€50 par personne trop cher surtout que pour le deuxième petit déjeuner il n’y avait pas de buffet il fallait dire ce qu’on voulait et on nous donnait un assortiment, c’est un peu dommage.

"Bien pour l'emplacement calme - Moyen pour la chambre"

L'emplacement, le parking. Le petit déjeuner. Très bon buffet très copieux et varié.

La chambre vieillotte et mal équipée. La porte intérieure ne ferme plus car le montant est cassé. Décoration passée. Équipements manquant dans la salle de bain : produits de toilette, brosse pour nettoyer la cuvette des toilettes, ménage succinct (miroir mal nettoyé)
