Called upon booking of room to request handicapped accessible. Was told would be noted on reservation. Was not done. Are check in Was told none available.

Location on the strip

We had our dog and they put us on 3rd floor with no elevator which makes no sense and then our dog kept finding food in our room that had been there for a while and the A/C fan etc. Barely worked so it was always hot in our room won't be staying here again that's for sure
