Upon confirmation of booking, the hotel reserves the right to charge the partial or full amount of the stay, via credit card details. Guests may opt for another method of payment at check-in, in case the holder of the card is not present in the reservation. In this case, the amount paid at time of booking, will be refunded to the card used for this purpose. Closed: - Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and Sauna pool are closed. Restrictions/limitations: - Access to locker rooms is closed. - This area is not supervised, so the use of the equipment is under full responsibility of the users. The hotel is not responsible for any and possible accidents, physical or other damage in these spaces. - People under age must always be accompanied by an adult.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
