As instalações são boas mas peca muito pelos pequenos detalhes. Jacuzzi e banho turco não funcionam. Ginásio pouco completo. O hotel não é mau mas pelo preço esperava muito melhor.

Gostamos muito da comodidade dos quartos, limpeza dos quartos e respectivo hotel, e do atendimento.

As escadas da piscina não estão devidamente agarradas ao chão, ao ponto que se levantam, sairem com facilidade e se mexem enquanto estamos a subir ou a descer, inclusivamente um amigo do nosso grupo cortou e abriu um dedo do pé a entrar na piscina. O jacuzzi está cheio com água, mas dizem que está avariado e não está a trabalhar, a sala de hidromassagem também está fechada, o ginásio tem alguma máquinas avariadas.
