"Not pleased with he hotel charging for something like didn’t used."

I had a reservation for a specific date and the guy at the front desk told me it was for another day , he said he was out of rooms and that he could help me cancel my reservation. Had to reserve for those nights at a hotel across the property.

"Overall good but I wasn't impressed"

The location was super great and convenient to local shops and stuff to do. Overall the staff was friendly and rooms were nice and clean upon arrival.

My husband and I stayed for two nights but housekeeping didn't come to tidy up or replenish our towels after the first night. We had a super long day where we were out of the hotel first thing in the morning and didn't come back until super late. Needless to say we were exhausted and it didn't help that we came back to old towels still sitting on our bathroom floor and no clean towels to rinse off. Trash hadn't been emptied and we had to go down to the front desk to request new towels. We were not impressed by housekeeping- at the very least we expected fresh towels to be replenished in our room.

I have a new favorite hotel in San Antonio. The rooms are spacious and include a refrigerator, hot plate, mini-dishwasher, and the plates and utensils that make a longer stay more comfortable. The place was super-clean and at check-in, they asked how frequently I'd like the room refreshed. Why doesn't everyone do this? Exceptional - and my new go-to stay when I'm in San Antonio!
