Great beach front location. Room had a terrific balcony.

A very nice hotel with a good and generous Mediterranean buffet. Friendly and cheerful staff. Live piano music enhanced the breakfasts. Linda and Margrethe from Sweden are very satisfied with our stay and would love to return.

Our room was very clean. And cleaned everyday! We had a great view of the ocean and beach! The buffet breakfast which was included with the room cost was excellent, offering a wide variety and all tasty! The staff were all very professional, helpful and friendly, showing genuine care for our comfort!

The location is amazing, the coffee is outstanding! Breakfast is delicious and you can’t beat the view! The seaside position is lovely and it’s really nice that the hotel is at the end of the busy part of the area, well out of the noise and disruption of the more central part. The wave sounds can’t be beat! Pedro really made things right for us.

Editing to say the hotel has been in touch and apologized and we feel it has been handled well in the end. Pedro has gone above and beyond to make us feel heard. We were definitely 1000% told upon checking in that breakfast AND dinner were included. We took his word for it and then were charged for the dinner. When we confronted them about this the manager yelled at me telling me it was my fault. There were people in the lobby watching and stunned by this interaction. It was my birthday and set the day off to a terrible start. There are enormous cockroaches, an alive one fell out of our clothes as we got dressed in the morning. There is absolutely zero sound proofing, you can hear everything including toilet noises.

Sorry for all the details but better to have it all The Hotel is having a lot of work done until the end of May 2026 and this have an impact on your use of the facilities While we were there although open the impacted areas that were unusable were Pool Pool seating area Pool kitchen workmen using this area for mixing materials etc Pool Bar seating area noise was directly outside Due to noise, dust and workmen traipsing all over the area made these and any open areas totally unusable 3/4 of the loverly beach and sea view from the restaurant was masked off with the blinds Constant noise of cutting machines, Drills etc all day, including for breakfast There was also a problem with the pipework as there was a leak and the corridor was smelling of sewage After reporting all this to Jet2 they were nowhere to be seen yet TUI and several other representatives came to the hotel in the week we were there. Jet2 couldn’t be bothered even with all the problems we were having The Hotel is also a little tired and in need of investment, to call it a 4 Star is a big stretch it is a 3 Star at best - its great location though puts it in the 3 Stars Lack of staff doesn’t help there is no one cleaning outside and wiping down the Chairs and Sun-beds they are all literally covered in Bird Droppings Restaurant male staff need to smile occasionally it is as if they don’t want us there, Female Staff were great Food Breakfast was good, Evening meal was a little hit and miss and sometimes cold If your Room starts with a 5 or a 6 then your in for a treat as there is a bar right above you that plays GenZ Boom Boom Boom music from about 16:00, loud enough for the walls to vibrate (Avoid these rooms at all cost, unless you like that sort of music). Lots of Guests complaining at the reception but they kept saying they could do nothing about it. This end of the Beach seems to have all the major events so does get a very noisy and busy in the day it was Volleyball for us but we did not mind as it was good to watch In summery the Hotel could have been better but the location and resort were great (Lots to see and do) but apparently gets extremely busy and noisy in the high season and the Hotel should be OK once all the work is done (if you get a deal) but I wouldn’t pay full price (Avoid Jet2) and I would lower my expectations in the Star rating and avoid rooms beginning with a 5 or 6 Would recommend a Coastal and Dolphin boat trip this was very good, also get the Ferry Taxi across to Ferragudo nice half a day visit.
