Sehr geräumige Zimmer! Bügeltisch und Bügel auf Anfrage sofort zur Verfügung gestellt! Der Strand ist in der Nähe!

Etwas langer Weg zum Zimmer, teilweise nicht mit Aufzug erreichbar! Keine Parkmöglichkeiten im Hotel!

Spacious rooms. Good location. Nice breakfast selection. Room was kept clean and tidy by the cleaning staff.

Would not class this as a 4 star hotel. Did not meet expectations. Private beach is actually just access, need to pay for sunbeds with another company. Small touches around the hotel were not to the standard I would expect - sunbeds etc not wiped down in the morning, still wet and stained, no cushions to use and when we asked was told they don’t provide them. Basic tea and coffee, no milk provided and again when asked we were told no. Apart from elizandro. Staff were not attentive, they were not rude but not friendly or helpful. During the day hardly any staff around the grounds to assist with service.

De inrichting, het vriendelijke personeel en het uitzicht. Ruim balkon met zitje en 2 ligbedjes. Goede locatie. Het hotel had een eigen trap van strand naar hotel.

Tolle Lage am breiten Sandstrand Adults Only entsprach voll unseren Bedürfnissen Grosszügiges Morgenbuffet Gute Betten Sehr schöne Überraschung am Geburtstag

Personal beim Frühstück zeigte wenig Empathie, unpersönlich; wegräumen des gebrauchten Geschirrs dauerte eher lange Äussert schlecht isolierte Zimmertür, sehr lärmdurchlässig Lästiges Geräusch vom Lift: jedes Mal, wenn er stoppte, drang ein unangenehmes Geräusch bis ins Zimmer hinein, solange der Lift benützt wurde Balkontüre schwer zu öffnen (fehlende Griffe) WLAN auf Balkon sehr schwach, und teilweise auch im Zimmer Ausfälle Beim Buffet am Abend wurde z. B. Fisch 1h nach Eröffnung nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Man sagte uns, es habe keinen mehr. Lärmige Bauarbeiten am Strand

Elizandro greeted us with a big smile and a glass of wine! So friendly and helpful! He was able to get us a parking spot out front which was awesome and we appreciated all his help and recommendations. Our room was as great, lovely patio and view. Highly recommend this hotel.
