Lors du paiement on m’impose de recevoir ma facture par mail, je dois soit faire imprimer celle ci auprès d’un de mes clients ou payer dans un magasin pour imprimer ma facture ! Afin de la fournir à mon employeur. Désormais dans cette établissement c’est comme ça (c’est eux qui me l’on dit) mise en avant que c’est une obligation quand un client demande sa facture C EST LA LOI , de plus le lendemain matin je retourne à l’accueil car il ont compté 2 personnes alors que j’étais seule (info que j’avais bien précisé la veille) et bien sûr 2 taxes de séjour…le monsieur à l’accueil a le culot de me dire que c’est de ma faute car la réservation mentionné 2 personnes… je lui confirme qu’imposer la facture par mail c’est hors loi et en plus c’est eux qui facture et mette ce qu’ils veulent, bref aucunes excuses de leur part le client est fautif …

Friendly staff , nice room , convenient location although that is at the price of the hotel being in an Industrial/retail type area. Restaurant meal good value. Overall would stay again
