"Good option for a relaxed stay"

Very nice hotel, amazing staff. The surroundings are not at the hotel's level, but doesn't matter.

Breakfast a bit repetitive, but otherwise delicious.

"Das Zimmer 416 und nebenliegende sind für den Preis nicht akzeptabel"

Ich habe über Booking ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und 210,- Euro pro Nacht bezahlt. Das finde ich viel Geld. Ich bekam das Zimmer 416. Die Matratze war okay, für sensible Rücken nicht geeignet. Ich konnte mich retten, in dem ich das Oberbett des anderen Einzelbettes bei mir drunter legen konnte, damit es nicht so hart ist. Ich erwarte in solchen hochpreisigen Hotels die besten Boxspring Betten dieser Erde. Der Ausblick zur Straße war, als wenn man auf eine Baustelle sieht. Zudem ist das Strassengeräusch nachts so laut, das Sie die Schiebetüren unbedingt schließen müssen. Das WLAN ist in diesem Zimmer nicht stabil, um im Web Filme anzusehen, ich konnte keinen Film auf meinem IPad ohne Ausfall ansehen. Das ist in jeder anderen Location zuverlässiger. Im Badezimmer sind alle Dinge lose. Wasserhähne auf der Keramik sehr lose. Die Toilette ist nicht richtig fixiert. Toilettenpapier Halter kurz vorm Abfallen. Steckdose für den guten Fön sehr lose. Seife in der Dusche fehlt. Bidet wäre für den Preis angemessen. Das Frühstück unterscheidet sich nicht von Häusern, die halb soviel kosten. Wellness habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Über Booking bekommt man vom Hotel so primitive Nachrichten, offenbar künstliche Intelligenz. Mit falscher Ansprache und ohne Unterschrift. Man bat mich, einen positiven Erfahrungsbericht zu schreiben, was ich hiermit getan habe.

upgrade in suite war ganz toll; super frühstücksbuffet; tolle lage am strand; mit bus nach Palma easy; gratis parken in nähe gut - mietvertrag auf dashboard legen NICHT vergessen; life musik am abend sehr gut

"Pasirinkę šį viešbutį norėjome laiko prie baseino ir prie jūros ir visą tai turėjome."

Patogi vieta, šalia paplūdimio, aplinkui daug kavinių ir parduotuvių. Nuostabūs pusryčiai.

Mūsų kambarys buvo virš restorano, kas antrą vakarą vykdavo koncertai, terasoje sėdėdavo žmonės, visas tas triukšmas trukdė ilsėtis ir miegoti.

I’ve never see such diligent room service. Every time we leave the room for more than an hour, we come back with a freshly made room - multiple times a day. Incredible service! The lounge room was very convenient and so was the courtesy room. Needless to see the sea / beach is incredible too. 10/10 experience.

"A really lovely break in a lovely Hotel."

It was lovely to come back to this hotel, it had been many years since i had been & things had changed, but for the better. Adults only, great food at mealtimes & great entertainment at nights. I found the other guests very sociable. The room was really nice, the staff were so kind & couldn't do enough for you. The Hotel is central & lots of little shops & cafes outside. I'm really pleased I came back.
