"Nice hotel - don’t bother paying extra for preferred club."

The hotel is very nice. However it’s early in the season and wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on Preferred Club. The PC pool is not heated and is freezing. The PC breakfast menu hasn’t changed yet and we weren’t even asked this morning if we wanted anything off it. The PC lounge is supposed to have premium brand spirits - all that are available in the main bar. Just can’t see why we are getting extra for the extra money! It’s also worth noting that no other restaurants are currently open, just the buffet, either the option of an à la carte menu, again which hasn’t changed and we’ve been told won’t this week.

"Sehr schönes Hotel - tolle Lage - auf Angebote achten"

Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar und die Gartenanlage mit Pool wunderschön. Allerdings muss man ein Meerblick Zimmer buchen ansonsten guckt man auf die Currywurst Bude. Es gibt einen Parkservice der zwar mit 39€/tag teuer ist aber in der Saison notwendig wenn man nicht ewig nach einem Parkplatz suchen will.

Leider war mein Zimmer sehr hellhörig und mein Nachbar hat sehr laut geschnarcht was ich hören konnte und musste mit Ohropax schlafen.

Beim ersten Eindruck waren wir etwas eingeschüchtert-wir haben 5 Sterne gebucht😅 Doch kein Grund zu falschen Förmlichkeiten! Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und keineswegs „steif“. Das Zimmer und das Hotel war ausgesprochen sauber!! Wie wundervoll-jeden frühen Abend kam eine „Fee“ ins Zimmer, hat kurz aufgeräumt, Wasser ans Bett gestellt und die Bettschuhe schön trapeziert. Es hätte nicht besser sein können! Das Hotel (die Hotelkette) macht das Beste auch in der Nebensaison! Der beheizte Aussenpool war schlicht TOP 🔝

Leider war/ist der Spabereich unterirdisch. War angeblich am Tag unserer Wahl geschlossen. Wir durften trotzdem dann rein. Das Dampfbad war voller Schimmel und hat schlecht gerochen, alle Fenster voller Kalk, die Sauna so heiss-nicht geniessbar, der Wihrlpool voller Sand… Wir waren 5 Minuten drin und hatten Fluchtgedanken! Es passt gar nicht zum Stil des Hotels-weil sonst alles Top war!

Przy plaży, super obsługa, piękne pokoje, baseny na zewnątrz i wewnątrz, spokój, GENIALNA KUCHNIA, codziennie inne owoce morza!!!

Wir hatten keinen Balkon bei so vielen Balkonzimmern war für uns nicht in Ordnung !! Und das Personal teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Für ein Fünfsternehotel reicht es nicht !!

Frühstück war sehr Lecker

Im Zimmer und am Balkon war meiner Meinung etwas Schimmel. Wir konnten die Kleidung nicht in die Kästen geben da diese sehr feucht rochen der Fernseher war Kaputt
