Staff were friendly, food was good.

Very dated, huge cracks in the pathways. Gardens not kept and over run with weeds. So far out of town and without a car the shuttle service only went hourly.

"Week-end en famille"

Cโ€™est un bel รฉtablissement juste avant lโ€™entrรฉe de la ville. Le personnel est trรจs agrรฉable et professionnel. Les chambres en รฉtage sont grandes. Lโ€™appartement est assez grand pour 6 personnes. Il est sur deux niveaux avec chacun sa salle de bain. Lโ€™endroit est agrรฉable pour les familles. On peut mรชme faire des barbecues. Nous nโ€™avons pas eu besoin dโ€™utiliser la cheminรฉe mais รงa doit รชtre agrรฉable. Il y a une navette pour aller en ville toutes les demi-heures heures. La ville de Banff nโ€™a pas beaucoup de parkings.

Les escaliers. Si on a besoin dโ€™un appartement pour 6 personnes, il faut tenir compte du fait quโ€™ils sont ร  lโ€™รฉtage et accessible uniquement par escalier. Et lโ€™escalier quโ€™on avait รฉtait vraiment bancal. Cโ€™est pas gรชnant si tout le monde est valide mais il faut y penser si vous y allez avec des personnes รขgรฉes. Et les moquettes dans les couloirs et les chambres.

Pool and spa access was fantastic. We were 6 and it was nice to have 2 separate bedrooms. Very convenient to have a kitchen. Nice views.

The sofa-bed was uncomfortable. Not enough coffee for 6 for 2 mornings. Playground is very small.
