Gran Hotel Sóller

Lovely hotel - the staff are all excellent and well trained to provide the best service. Nice pool area. Bedroom and bathroom have good facilities, lovely linen and towels. The bedroom was small. Food both at breakfast and dinner was excellent . Close to centre with shops and restaurants.

This is our second visit. We live the hotel and its staff. The location is perfect to have a quiet pool day then just walk out into the busy square to eat and shop. The hotel staff work really hard to make you feel welcome.

Staff is great. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are nice size with great bathrooms. Breakfast was as good as it gets. Location was perfect. Loved everything about this hotel.

Perfectly situated for Soller and the Port. Great staff, facilities, breakfast etc Hotel looking slightly dated, but would highly recommend.

Just got back from 5 nights stay. Location is great just off the main square. The pool area on the roof is a huge plus, the views are stunning. Service was impeccable.

Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help. Any request was dealt with immediately and everyone was super friendly. Special mention and thanks must go to Salvador Lorentz who made our stay very special.

Lovely old property. Great position in town.

I am sure this was once a nice hotel, but it’s incredibly old and outdated at this point. The rooms are ugly and everything inside feels old now. It’s really well-located, but the way it looked made me upset I paid so much to stay here. Aside from the look of the hotel, food is ok (we hated the dinner but enjoyed the breakfast), and the massage I got there was very good. Overall the experience was alright, but I wouldn’t stay here again if I returned to the area.

Loved it. Its in a perfect location to visit the square or the port ( tram stop is opposite the front gate). Would love them to provide filtered water rather than people buying lots of small plastic bottles of water. We don't mind paying but want the plastic to stop. Whilst we were there they switched from the tiny bottles of shampoo etc to big ones- fantastic! Food in the restaurants it's great. Would just like smaller portions at lunchtime- maybe you could do 2 sizes? Breakfast is great. Rooms are lovely. Most of the tv channels don't work unless you want Spanish or German speaking ones. We would recommend it as the staff were fantastic and couldn't do more to help.

Very nice place to stay, comfortable room, nice staff. Very good breakfast and ditto restaurant for dinner.
