Hot summer August days and no AC!!! We arrived at 5pm on Friday tired and hungry ready to cook a meal to spend the evening relaxing for our busy next day. Entering the house we felt the heat and checked the AC that read 85 degrees, but was set to 65, so we knew it wasn’t working. I called support and they recommended several things to do that did not work. Then they send a maintenance guy that arrived an hour later and who clearly couldn’t fix anything because all he did was change the filter and took a portable AC that needed to be placed in a slide up window that of course the property doesn’t have. The windows were winding out windows with screens. By this time it was too late to leave to a hotel and we were starving, so we decided to bbq so we didn’t heat the house more by cooking inside. There were dirty utensils on the dirty bbq pit which wouldn’t have bothered me much if we weren’t already unsatisfied with the AC, and had to wash everything as well. The guy wanted us to figure out how and where to put the AC and was ready to leave. We told him we needed him to place it. So he decided to do a fast job and use a window anyway and put tape to cover the sides and as soon as he left it all fell. My husband and I had to figure out how to make it work on the bedroom sliding door, covering any openings. By this time it was already 1am. Saturday was the same and nothing got fixed. There was a break-in through the side to the backyard that we reported and never heard back from.
