Respassa saimme tylyä kohtelua, kun automme eivät mahtuneet hotellin parkkiin vaan meidän piti alkaa asentamaan parkkisovelluksia puhelimiin ja siinä sekä sovelluksen käytössä tarvitsimme apua. Naispuolinen asiakaspalvelija ajoi meitä hyvin tylysti pois palvelutiskin ääreltä, vaikka siinä oli ihan hyvin tilaa palvella muitakin asiakkaita. Aamupalalla ei huomioitu lainkaan laktoosi-intoleranssia ja valikoima jäi sen vuoksi suppeaksi.
