"je ne réserverai plus à Campanile ni dans les hotels du Louvre"

le petit déjeuner

j'ai réservé deux chambres : dans l'une le levier qui permet de fermer ou d'ouvrir le volet roulant était cassé et inutilisable, dans l'autre à partir de 10heures du soir jusqu'à 5 heures du matin il n'y a pas de lumière dans la salle d'eau comprenant la douche et les wc.
