Royal River, Luxury Hotel - Adults Only

Krasny hotel, mega priestranne izby, vsade cisto, extremne mily a chotny personal.

The room was spacious and comfortable, loved the big bed, big shower & two sinks, plunge pool and views from the patio. The patio was private from our neighbours (although open to the golf course) and had lots of different seating in the sun and shade. Most of the staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful, in particular the short lady who serves in the restaurants, and the young lady at the roof top day bar. The breakfasts were good, I liked the cold options in particular. There's plenty of sunbeds and it's in a quiet location.The planting is lovely and well kept.

Our patio was in shade for half of the day and that was disappointing. We had asked for a river villa with a rooftop sunbathing area but were told there was none available, however there was hardly anyone at the hotel?! Some of the staff, all male actually, could have been friendlier and also more proactive with asking if we wanted another drink (at breakfast and poolside). We kept asking for more than one bottle of water to be left in our room and this was never acted upon! Instead we had to use the minibar water and were then charged for it. The spa changing rooms light's turn off after a period of time, whilst I was in the shower in fact and it wasn't very pleasant to have to try and finish showering and navigate my way out in the pitch black. The food is average, we had better meals out in La Caleta but would have preferred to eat at the hotel. The cocktails need working on, a 5 star hotel should have excellent cocktails, these were generally too strong and not quite right. The toiletries in the room are cheap and dont reflect the quality of the hotel. An easy fix. A little shop would be useful for hot weather clothing, maybe some toiletries, nice gifts to take home.

en general es un gran hotel excelentes areas, la villa el desayuno y sobre todo el personal, amable al máximo, altamente recomendable

la zona de la piscina privada es excelente, pero tiene muchas plantas que evitan el sol en esa area, quizás se podría despejar un poco las zonas altas
