I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pegasus Spa Hotel in Santorini, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. The architecture and decor are quintessentially Santorini, combining traditional Cycladic charm with modern luxury. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with a private balcony offering a spectacular view. The plunge pool was at the perfect temperature, making for a refreshing dip while enjoying the scenery. The spa facilities at the Pegasus Spa Hotel are top-notch. I indulged in a couple of treatments, and the therapist were professional and skilled, providing a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The outdoor pool area is equally impressive, with plenty of loungers and a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of local and international dishes. However, I found the restaurant could have been better, though there are great options around it to explore. Overall, my stay at the Pegasus Spa Hotel was exceptional. Incredible!!! The best place to stay on the island, avoid all the crowds and be near amazing restaurants, grocery stores and etc. Walk away from the main city, recommend go city later at night or early morning after cruise madness folks have left

Loved this place. Views and staff were amazing. We had some issues on the first 2 days/nights with you children being left unsupervised in our area close by. Staff were sensational - sorry but we were on holidays to get away from stress, not listen to other people stress. Overall amazing place.

The staff was amazing Marie, Danielle, John, Lora ( I hope I spelled everyone’s name correctly). Truly the best staff and the most knowledgeable. My daughter and I had the most amazing and memorable experiences. Can’t wait to come back again. When we do return, this will be our choice of stay for all my future visits to Santorini.

Great location for Thira town and superb caldera views, 15 minute stroll for town, quiet and super friendly and engaging people creating a lovely family feeling. Lots of steps and hills you'd expect It is not 5 star in our opinion and the room we were initially offered was not as booked and described on the web site. MAKE SURE YOU SPECIFY ALL THE FACILITIES YOU WANT/EXPECT AS A SPECIAL REQUEST DO NOT ASSUME IT WILL BE AS PICTURED AND DESCRIBED ie jetted tub, honeymoon privacy, mosaic tiles! Etc... breakfast team and daytimes around the pool are great....lots of great restaurants and places for the more discerning nearby, nothing goes on at hotel in the evenings but food and room service are good. A lovely place for a week and lots seem to hire a car to explore further around the island which is easily doable! Staff made this a great holiday.

Amazing place with wonderful people

Beautiful property and view! Staff were amazing and kind. I’m the room, hot tub was cold and didn’t work properly. Too many stairs that were not shown in any pictures. Not over exaggerating but the amount of stairs to get in and out of the hotel room are a lot (over 5 flights of stairs if not more). This is inconvenient for people with asthma, cardiovascular issues, wheel chair accessibilities, or any other medical issues. No elevators. Nothing really nearby. The distance to Fira is 25-30 mins walk. The walk back from Fira is uphill back to the Pegasus. To Oia is 2.5 hr walk. Lots of walking from / to this hotel.

The value for money is a big problem, we stayed in the suite with an infinity pool and have to say it was very overrated. Very small and didn’t have half of what the photos show. The main pool area of the resort is shocking and very small, the bar is limited, no cold glasses for your beer, and is very pricey. The breakfast team worked very hard and there is enough choice for breakfast it’s about the only thing I’d recommend eating there. The lunch / dinner menu is limited and the chef (cook) definitely didn’t go to any cookery classes. Terrible food and again overpriced for its quality. Don’t eat there. I paid £900 a night and I would say it’s true value is £250 tops!!! It’s our third visit to Santorini and we definitely wouldn’t stay at the Pegasus suites ever again.
