We have been visiting Casablanca since it opened, and it’s a nice destination. The room and casino upgrades are nice and were needed, and we are looking forward to the dining enhancements that are under construction.

We stay at Casablanca one night every year while traveling through on our road trip. It’s always easy to park with our trailer, check-in is usually quick and the room and beds are clean and comfortable. I would have given a 5-star rating except for the fact that they were remodeling the cafe and the only choices to eat were at the nice steak house or at the buffet. We ate at the buffet and the food was good, but normally I prefer not to eat at the buffet.

"Nice overnight "

Loved it. The pool was amazing and we were able to check in early. I asked for a lower level room facing the pool, got exactly that. The pizza we got for our room was sooooo good.

Supervisor at the checkout desk was very rude to agent. Waited 25 minutes to check in. Agen was very nice but his supervisor was very unprofessional and an absolute jerk. Beds are worn out, sink holes in beds!!!

"Work on customer service"

Need to work on customer service. Checkin was terrible. Not nice at all. Security officers were rude. We’ve just noticed the uninterested staff all through the property. You can’t afford to have bad service these days. There are too many other options that people can choose. You expect bad service in the bigger city. Mesquite should be more welcoming and friendly, On the positive side, great updates to the property. Keep them coming!
