Have stayed here several times over the years never an issue.

Great value! I didn't expect much for $50 (Sunday night) when competitors were charging up to $140. I was pleasantly surprised. First, there were no telltale signs of an aging hotel. NO ick factor in the bathroom or stains on the carpet. The beds were incredibly supportive and comfy. They felt new. The casino/resort is a separate building surrounded by 7 exterior-corridor mini hotels with 30 rooms on both sides of the building. I loved that I could park right outside my room. (If you have been to Ruby's Inn at Bryce Canyon, it is a lot like that without a lake.) There was also a good-sized parking lot beyond the room-side parking. But anyone on the 2nd or 3rd floor had an unobstructed view of the entire parking lot, making car break-ins very risky (and security vehicles circulate throughout the day). About the only caveat would be that there is no refrigerator or microwave and breakfast is not included. If you are traveling with 4 people who usually eat free breakfast at the hotel, this additional $40+ expense might be a consideration in the hotel you choose. If you are passing through, especially if you don't eat breakfast and don't need to refrigerate food, THIS is your new favorite bargain (not cheap, VALUE) hotel in the Las Vegas-St. George vicinity. I'll be back. Wish I'd discovered this years earlier.

It's a casino, so I didn't expect much and that's what I got. The property is immense, and people with pets are cloistered in a building in the rear (which is fine: you're upwind form the smokefest in the casno). There's a little dog park, which was welcomed by our furry kid. I wish there had been an alternative to buying overpriced coffee-shop coffee in a "smokefree" (hah!) alcove off the casino floor, but no; unless you want to leg it over to Mickey-D's. The room was comfortable, the bathroom area usable, and the night was surprisingly quiet cosidering.

The VR is a 40 year old motel but the rooms are clean and comfortable for a short stay

Room was clean but dated. Walkable to restaurant.

Great place for bringing fido. Dogs are welome and dog rooms are quite nce.
