Fabulous room with large beds, a small well equipped kitchen area, sitting area and large balcony with comfortable seats. The resort has a lovely pool with chairs and beautifully maintained gardens and direct access to the waterside promenade taking you to a huge choice of restaurants and bars in San Pedro. Great Location close to the Water Taxi terminal and the resort has a pier with steps into the sea for sea swimming. We would recommend this resort but be aware that it is rooms only and no restaurant or bar on site.

The oceanfront view was excellent and the balcony was excellent. The other room said ocean view but it was across the courtyard and not very visible. It was a convenient walk to the downtown area.

It says it has a beach, but there is no usable beach. There is sand along a boardwalk. Chairs/couches in the unit were not very comfortable. Although the beds were comfortable, the pillows were terrible. Asked for additional or different pillows and they said none were available. thought the 2 rooms we booked were together but they were not. Sometimes we had to look for staff. Price was expensive. There wasn't much room in the bedroom (the king bed took up the whole room).

Great location, beautiful grounds, lovely staff, and a very attractive suite.

The main thing was there was virtually no WiFi or cell signal in the suite. It only works if you're right next to the door. Also would be nice to have a small restaurant or at least bar on the property. But it was a great place and a wonderful stay. Can't beat it for proximity to the ferry.

The staff was incredible! Everything I needed from them, they were able to accommodate, even having problems with the Internet and installing your own router in the unit. The people are what really make Belize and the staff here was no exception, the best in the business, thank you to Gina and Jessica!

Wish the bed and linens were more comfortable

The units were great! Spacious and fully equipped. We used the pull out for our son. Comfortable and clean. They had cable TV and an option to sign into Netflix and watch YouTube. It was right next to the water taxi and also walkable to the airport. We liked the fact you can walk into town along the beach instead of the road. Good since we didn't have a golf cart. Tours can be booked from the dive company on the pier. Very nice and helpful staff.

Only negatives were the smoke alarm went off every time.we cooked and the drying rack was outside not under cover so our stuff got soaked when it rained. Only can use it when home and not overnight. Also no restaurant onsite but there are a bunch within a 5 minutes walk and a grocery store across the street.
