The location and views were stunning.

The WiFi was hit or miss

Spent 8 nights here with my daughter in a 1 bedroom with sofa bed in early July. Great location 5 minute drive from centre of town. Walking distance to fruit stands, grocery stores, ice cream shop, restaurants, dive centers and the boat shuttles. Property was perfectly maintained. Nice small pool. BBQ available if you wanted it. Laundry done for a fee. Booked a last minute snorkelling trip right on their dock. AC was good, but could have been stronger compared to other places we’ve stayed on the island. Equipped kitchen, easy parking on the street out front. Great views. Unfortunately it included a lot of sargassum which also smelled horrible - there was so much, there was nothing the resort could do to remediate that. Most resorts couldn’t handle the extent of all the sargassum. Just a bad year for it. A few beetles in the bathroom, kept the light on in there always and it seemed to help. Great great value for the price.

Been there several times. Very friendly and tranquil, but close to San Pedro.

The staff was great! Friendly and helpful 😊. The new SP Belize Water taxi express is literally next door, very convenient going to Caye Caulker and Belize. Beautifully manicured grounds and close to the airport and downtown, can walk to many restaurants on the beach side. Also, July was quieter since it is a low season, so we got some really good restful nights sleep.

I liked everything, but I think they need to fix the pool light for late night swimming. The sargassum was really heavy this year, but that's not their fault. Overall it's a really great stay.

Good location and clean. Made use of the kitchen and cooked up breakfast.

This property is a great place to stay. Close to restaurants diving and the airport.

The kitchen was furnished well with a market straight across the road. The pool is clean and the staff was extremely friendly.
