Flora Hotel Phu Quoc

Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Nice rooms with well functioning A/C nice and quiet. Lots of hot water with great pressure. Owner Ricky is a great guy. Always has time for you and will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Definitely recommend and will return on my next visit to Phu Quoc.

Everything! The room was awesome, A/C was strong and quiet. Lots of hot water with plenty of water pressure. Beds were comfortable with quality bedding as well as towels. Location was great just a bit out of town, away from hustle and traffic jams along the main drag. Nice size pool. Ricky the owner is excellent, going above and beyond any expectations. Quickly addresses any issues and is a wealth of knowledge for the area. Highly recommend this hotel as looking forward to returning.

There was nothing to dislike.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Ricky, the manager, is a wonderful person. He quickly answered all questions on WhatsApp, organized a transfer from the airport. The room was clean, we could not hear the neighbors. We had an open balcony all the time, because there was fresh air outside and it was quiet. We really liked the location of the hotel, opposite the 68mart store, on the next street there is a night market, and a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. This area seemed family-friendly to us, we saw a lot of people with children. We are happy with everything. Thank you!

The host Ricky is an exceptionally friendly guy and is very willingly to help with any queries you may have. The value for money is great as the location is near the beach and market, the accommodation is exactly how it's described and the staff are extremely welcoming. Good place to stay if you don't want to be on the main busy strip, but it's a short drive away anyway.

Can't say there was anything that I didn't particularly like or anything that made my stay unenjoyable.

Room cleaning every day. Not far from the airport. Grocery store right across the street. Many restaurants nearby, a short walk from the beach. The owner was very but really very helpful and accommodating. He helped us arrange the inputs we requested and the scooter was also available on request - no deposit or other formalities. (I paid for the scooter in advance for the whole stay). Thanks a lot! I haven't had such great service in a hotel for a long time!

Slightly noisier air conditioning, but the second day I got used to it. In the bathroom, sometimes smelly waste.

clean hotel, cheapest rooms don't have a window! the owner picks you up at the airport 100000vnd, he also drove us the suoi tranh waterfall, 300000. Grab maybe cheaper, but he waited for us...nice quiet area still under development. night market one block over. vinbus stop at novotel hotel.

i have spent few days at Flora and i feel grateful that we have chosen that place with my friend. Ricky (the host) Will make your stay as easy and confortable as you wish. Really helpful person and a beautiful soûl. Take a minute outside, buy some beers in the walking street to share with Ricky and you will probably learn a lot. i Loved my stay, thank you Ricky to be you. highly recommanded He also rents motorbike
