1. room, was terrible. cracks everywhere from the wall to the bathtub. the room definitely needs a refresh. 2. took forever (5+ minutes) to get the hot water going 3. the wall is very very thin 4. asked for the room with sofa bed, we did not get one 5. there was no complimentary coffee/tea, at anytime in the lobby, the pot is always empty 6. breakfast, honestly, go out to anywhere else and have them

The reptile event we went to was very fun!

The room was not worth the money and the staff were unhelpful for the most part. The tub was dirty and falling apart. The heat did not work in the room. The staff member told us to turn it up to 90° and wait. Waited two hours and the room got colder. Told them we wanted to switch rooms when they proceeded to tell us they were out of king rooms and we'd have to downgrade but they couldn't offer us a refund. Maintenance finally came and said they fixed it but room was still freezing all night even set at 90°. Will not be staying here again.

We loved the location of our room facing the courtyard. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There really isn't anything we didn't like. A few people got out of control on Sunday evening after the Bills game but the bartender and security guards quickly handled it
