Great if you have a family of kids. Water park is amazing. Had to call front desk a few times to request towels. Bathroom shower had empty shower dispensers, the shower head also was oddly low. No iron in rooms. Everything else was nice even the buffet.

ウォーターパークがあり子連れには最適！ 部屋に虫が出たり清潔感はイマイチ。 氷の機会も壊れていて、確認しますと言われ放置されました。

《良かった点》 アクティビティが豊富…プール内にバスケットコートやバレーコート、ボールもありました 子供に水鉄砲等選べるおもちゃのサービスがありました。 コンビニ、レストラン、バス停が近い。 《悪かった点》 オセアナBタワーはフロントから遠く、結構歩きます。 ハウスクリーニングが夕方にきます。

We enjoyed staying there and felt comfortable due to big pool and beautiful beach. They provided rental many tools for beach events. And lounge gave us beautiful scenery and slow time pass. If we can visit Guam again, we will choose same hotel.

子ども連れだったのでプールが充実しているところを評価したいと思います。他のホテルにはない設備があります。他にも無料のお菓子引き換え券などももらえ楽しめました。サーカスも良かったです。ただ宿泊施設は古いです。そのため落ち着きませんでした。また、クラブラウンジを利用しましたが、フルーツ以外食べる気になりませんでした。フルーツですら不味いこともありました。子どものために数泊し、その後はラグジュアリーホテルに泊まり、バランスを取りました。

지인 부부와 와이프가 함께한 여행으로 PIC는 최고네요. 물놀이가 최고이고 음식도 좋았고 직원 서비스도 만족합니다.

Room weren’t properly clean, saw bugs in the bed sheets. Lamps weren’t working. Made a complaint to the front desk about the issue. The front desk manager move me and my wife to a better room. This should not happen when we check in the room

子どもが楽しめる場所がたくさんあり、遊びきれないほどでした。子どもはもっと滞在したい！と言ってました。イパオビーチにも近くて、キレイで落ち着いたビーチが良かったです。サンゴも魚もたくさんいて、シュノーケルが楽しかったです。
