"The outdoor facilities were great but inside the hotel could use some updating."

The facilities for kids was great, and having the all inclusive option made it a little better.

You can tell the building was old. The bed in my room was not comfortable at all, but I know it’s not the same in all rooms because I went to a friends room and their bed was very comfortable. I know it was a busy time as it was sold out, but when I arrived, there were only 3 people ahead of me and it took about 40 minutes before I got to the counter to check in.
