"Great location and even better staff."

Short walk to the Centre of Zwolle. Very good rooms and staff were extremely helpful.

Unfortunately restaurant was out of commission and lift was out of order.

"goed voor een overnachting in gerenoveerde kamer - maar meer niet"

de gerenoveerde kamers zijn goed, maar klein. badkamer en douche zijn goed. bed prima en grote tv. duidelijk gerenoveerd in een ouder hotel gebouw. ruimte voor betaald parkeren.

er is geen airco op de kamer - je bent voor ventilatie afhankelijk van het raam. Aan de straatkant veel lawaai van drukke straat. lastig dus om te ventileren - want het zijn kleine kamers. geen zitje in de kamer dus alleen voor overnachting geschikt. geen koelkast op de kamer.

Netjes ontvangen door personeel om 22.40 uur. Ging vlot en correct.

Eenvoudige kamer is niet erg maar ik kon geen airco ontdekken en dat was niet prettig te noemen.

De medewerkers waren vriendelijke en het ontbijt was prima. Het bed was op zich ook prima, helaas lag er wel een plastic molton op waardoor het bed veel te warm was.

Had om extra stille kamer gevraagd ivm slecht slapen. Kamer zat naast de gang klapdeur en boven de intercom voor de parkeerplaats, hele nacht door belletjes, auto's die parkeren en mensen die de klapdeur laten vallen. Personeel gaat midden in de nacht hard staan praten onder mijn raam. Het raam moest open want er was geen airco, dus was 5 nachten lang wakker. Hotel heeft ook pas na boeking gemeld dat er geen restaurant of bar waren door renovaties.
