"Beautiful place, elegant and homey both."

The location for AT&T stadium is perfect. The grounds were amazing and so beautifully decorated for Christmas.

The leaves could have been raked up, especially on walkways.

"Christmas Vibes!"

This is a hidden gem that more people need to know about. It was the perfect time as it felt like a Christmas cottage. We just needed cooler temps and snow! Also, the espresso martinis were so yum!! We would book this place again in a heartbeat! 💓

The location of this amazing place is perfect. If you are visiting Dallas and its attractions. The first time we walked up to this place, we were amazed by the elegant and beautiful ambience. It was decorated very classy with Christmas decorations. The room is a classic Victorian style, which you do not get with any other hotel stay. It comes with any complementary items such as free coffee in the rooms and microwave popcorn. The bed was very comfortable and the entire place is very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Compliments to the chef for the amazing breakfast each morning. You can’t beat the value of staying at the Stanford house. We will come back again the next time we are in town.

"Dallas Cowboys game stay"

Very peaceful quiet location it was a great experience staying at the Sanford House. I would highly recommend, the breakfast was phenomenal and the staff from facility director to hostess to the kitchen staff they all made you feel welcome.

"Very disappointed in management’s response to my concerns."

Beautiful landscaping

The noise. A band played just yards away from the front door of my cottage. It was extremely loud and the crowd was loud as well. The second day a wedding was held in the same location. There was a DJ and noisy crowd.
