"Problèmes. chambre 10"

Chauffage salle de bains en panne et problèmes techniques à la télé (éclairs lumineux qui aveuglent) signalés à l'accueil le 25/9/2020. Lors de notre seconde nuitée le 10/10/2020, rien n'avait été réparé. De plus, la moquette n'avait pas été aspirée (traces de pattes ??). Et le lendemain matin, à notre départ à 4 h, impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude à la douche. Pas de remise pour tous ces désagréments, hélas. Nous avons payé plein pot pour des avantages dont nous n'avons pas bénéficié.
