The room was too dark, the bed sheets were dirty, and it was very noisy. The cleaning staff started cleaning upstairs early in the morning, which caused a lot of additional noise for the people downstairs.

Bon emplacement et chambre minimaliste mais pratique

Réceptionniste (Alok) hyper désagréable. Nous avons demandé une simple cuillère même en bois ou en plastique et il a répondu non de manière très virulente et agacée, pour que le lendemain, son collègue de jour nous en offre avec plaisir. Aussi, pas de ménage mais après un séjour 6 nuits sans un coup de balai, c’est quand même exagéré. Nous devrions au moins avoir le matériel à disposition pour le faire nous même. Le dernier jour, l’agent de chambres semblait agacée que mon mari se repose a l’intérieur de sa chambre donc elle a pris toutes les serviettes et ne les a pas remplacé. Dernière douche donc à sécher à l’air, la salle de bain trempée

Le personnel très gentil Petit déjeuner correct Réserver pour concert stade de France Métro à 8 min à pied pratique et rapide

Dans notre chambre nous avons retrouver des canettes de bières sous le lit …. Quartier un peu tendu
