Weak coffee in the lobby

It was very inexpensive

The room was about 10x10. The window was literally “double pane”, as in one window mounted on the outside of the building and one single pane on the inside.

I've stayed here a number of times and for the price it can't be beat.

Just what I needed

A coffee maker in the room

Check in was horrible. Staff was very rude. When we finally got checked in, the ceiling on the hallways were cracking and the carpet had pee stains everywhere. In the room there was a long black hair in the ice bucket. There was three of the most pitiful pillows I’ve ever seen in my life on the bed and one of those fuzzy blankets from the 70s/80s (the same material as those all heat blankets they no longer make). It looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 70s/80s…and not in a cool retro way. In a falling apart, bed bugs, run away type of way. The breakfast was pitiful. They lock the mini fridge. Staff or someone also sits outside in lawn chairs by the back door like it’s their front yard or something.

very clean, quiet, and the staff was kind and professional - but they need much better coffee in the morning with real cream and real brown sugar. This is imperative. i will stay there again on my next trip to Kalispell.
