Door to my room was hard to push open other than that small flaw everything was great!…definitely gonna book again!

I booked a king suite oceanfront with a king bed, huge kitchenette, a pullout bed, and a sofa. When I got there, they said they overbooked my room. They moved me to a different room 908 which was a single king size bed that’s it. I told him that wasn’t big enough for me my husband, my children so they put me on a lower level 203. but still oceanfront, but was blocked by palm trees. Still not big enough for my family so we went back to 908. My children had a sleep on the floor for the first night second night. They moved it to 703 which is two queen size bed a bathroom that you can barely fit in the door was almost hitting the toilet. When I told them I went to the room I booked same as last year the gentleman there was rude and said well he was lucky to get that room when you did no I paid for that room. That’s why I got the room this year y’all overbooked my room and now y’all put me in a smaller room, but still charging me for the King suite. 3 of my kids had to share one bed while the other 2 picked the floor until my aunt came in and we had to split my kids up so they all would have a bed. Mind you we was there from 11th though the 16th. I called booking.com and the hotel wasn’t truthful with them. I had to send them pictures of my room and the sleeping arrangements

They over book my king suite with a king bed a pull down bed and a living room. and put in 3 different rooms all smaller and much cheaper then what I paid for. Kids didn’t have a bed the first night and the next night we moved room to a much smaller room. Not oceanfront like I originally paid for. Then they put us on the 7th floor. We alway stay here will chose a different hotel next time. Not paying 2600 for a room and getting put into a smaller room with less beds and was told I was lucky I got that king suite last year. No I booked it last year just like I did this year.
