Le petit déjeuner

Pas de lumière sur le parking et dans le passage allant aux chambres. Pas d'éclairage de chaque côté du lit. Pas de chauffage, il faisait froid et humide. Les serviettes de douche n'arrivaient pas à sécher. Pas de balai pour les WC. Pas de consignes de sécurité affichées dans la chambre quand l'alarme s'est déclenchée tôt le matin. Il semblerait que des travaux sont entrepris. Le mieux aurait été d'attendre la fin des travaux pour accueillir le public.

- lit king size confortable - chambre spacieuse - petit déjeuner

- chambre payée 2 fois (depuis Booking et à la réception de l'hôtel) : 1 nuit au Campanile = 190 euros - les réceptionnistes peuvent vous faire régler la chambre (alors que déjà payée via Booking) mais ne peuvent pas vous rembourser sur votre CB quand ils s'aperçoivent de leur erreur - pas de savon pour le lavabo (seulement un distributeur de savon dans la douche) - il a plu pendant le séjour, dû à la configuration du Campanile, la chambre était humide du coup nos vêtements étaient humides - une seule patère pour pendre la serviette (alors que chambre lit king size)
