Apartamento Costa del Sol Beach First

BEWARE! Crazy system - you have to call them the DAY before you stay to organise entry. I didn’t see that instruction so missed it. Apartments almost impossible to find then wait for this - you have only a 2 hour check in slot. If you miss it (I did so my fault) you don’t get to stay! You paid for nothing! I stay in Fuengirola possibly 50 nights a year. I will 100% never stay at this place again because the entry system is terrible. Silly instructions and as a result beware - far easier options available. It’s cheap for a reason. Also located in a very loud area with a lot of loud music. Put simply, in my view, a very poor choice to be avoided.

Pues me gustaría decir que fue excelente pero no fue así ya que todo es un engaño y una estafa , primero nunca pude llegar al hotel por que cuando haces la reserva no te ponen un montón de requisitos que debes dar luego de hacer la reserva y si no tienes alguno de ellos pierdes la reserva y pierdes el dinero hice dos reserva y en ambas perdí el dinero sin reembolsos nunca respondían mis correos ni las llamada todo una estafa la verdad

This is a con. You pay your money but you will not get an apartment. Just like the other reviews say. Host doesn't respond to messages or calls. Then, last minute just before arrival comes up with a load of conditions you must meet to get the keys. Including photographing and emailing your credit card - really! The host will not meet you at the property - I waited 2 hours outside it. Then the host just stops responding once more, pockets your money and makes the apartment available for rent again. Had to book into a hotel instead.

Es un estafa no existe el apartamento

No me es posible valorar nada del alojamiento pues no me dejaron ni siquiera entrar en el mismo, pero si me cobraron la estancia sin ni siquiera poder aprovecharla, no pude terminar técnicamente la reserva porque no me mandaron un correo con un enlace, pero si me cobraron la estancia, no pude comunicarme con ellos, aunque estuve llamando a un numero de teléfono continuamente, sin obtener respuesta ninguna, y reitero ellos si cobraron el alojamiento, y el trato de Expedia deja mucho que desear, no te dan ninguna solución, y te dejan indefenso ante estos atropellos, espero que la denuncias de estos actos fructifiquen, y sobre todo que no le deba pasar a nadie mas para que cambien estas políticas de empresa que son un abuso y dejan indefenso a la persona que quiere contratar sus servicios
