Location is the best and the staff is super friendly. The hotel is comfortable and not crowded at all!

Hotel Hafa 2 main pluses... the hotel team - they made you feel part of the family, and the rooftop oasis - 3 main common areas on the top of the hotel helps to get you above the town busyness.

Like many reviews stated, being in the heart of the town, it does get noisy, especially at night. However, with that said, you know that going in and the hotel does provide ear plugs.

I love this hotel! My room was so spacious and cute! The rooftop is amaaaaazing with the lounge area and the dipping pool. The room had AC and it wasn't noisy being right downtown at all. I slept like a baby. I will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! Although we were right in the city during Dia De Los Muertos, it never got too loud. The staff were welcoming and friendly and our room was large with plenty of space to unpack and not feel crammed. The rooftop views and pool were also a nice addition.

The rooms were very nice, excellent showers, the air conditioning cooled very well. The beautiful palapa with views of the sea and the town, the details of the hotel are simple and very beautiful The mini pool with its jet of water was excellent for cooling off, we were just a step away from the entire atmosphere of the town The treatment with the staff and receptionist could not be better

If you like being right near the plaza, this would be a good spot. Very loud due to music in bar below, motorcycles/cars driving by, people walking. Good if you don’t have a lot of luggage as the stairs we tricky w kids/luggage. We had room upstairs, over a small wooden bridge. One night stay so it was good enough but I probably won’t stay there again (esp with a toddler)

Loud due to location. Front office is closed a lot of the time. We had to wait to check in and wait to check out and get deposit back. Not the friendliest staff. No explanation about anything room related/amenities. No WiFi. Street parking. Open palapa roof in bathroom so there any many openings where critters can come in and not the most private

Love the location and funky decor. Loved having the AC.

There was a very loud sound that would happen throughout the day and part of the early night. I think it was a water pump or something.

No AC in the room it said fan but did not say NO AC - my bad. They should say no AC in the room description just to be clear

Great spot, cute rooms, in the heart of Sayulita. It was great staying in a room with AC after sweating in outside all day. Cute and clean with minimal fuss.

Dog friendly but apparently only for small dogs. I called before I completed my online reservation to confirm dogs were allowed. When I arrived they seemed upset that my 40 lb Aussie was “too large” and wouldn’t typically be allowed. They kept the $200 pesos deposit upon checkout because of his size. The bathroom isn’t private, just separated from the bed by a wall that doesn’t reach the ceiling and has no door, so there’s no privacy if more than one person is in a room.

The hotel was amazing. I came with my girlfriend and we wanted to be close to the beach and center it was great location and the room are super comfortable. I would recommend it !!
