Madison Street Inn B&B

This is an Air BnB place. Since I was there on business, and arriving late and leaving early every day, I never once ran into the inn-keeper. This made my stay feel kind of creepy. But the facilities are OK - I mean, it is a house from the 1960's, but clean and everything works. If you are into that sort of thing, by all means stay there. But for business, perhaps a normal hotel is better.

great place to stay, very clean and comfortable. The only minor complaint would be that the heater did not heat the room well enough. They had plenty of blankets and pillows, so the cold was not a huge factor. But we did love the stay there and it is close to every location and we went to.

The Roosevelt suite was great and the breakfasts were great.

Amazing. It's a welcome change of pace from corporate hotels. And if you're a single traveler, it's a great opportunity to interact with others at breakfast...chatting about your travels, line of work and other interests. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again the next time I visit...which should be in a few short months. The owner is very kind and accommodating.

AMAZING B&B! I wish I was in town for more than one day so I could have stayed longer! I was looking for something different than the typical hotel in Santa Clara and stumbled across this place. I figured it would be nice, but it exceeded ALL expectations! The room was wonderful, fantastic amenities, and the fresh breakfast was out of this world! I will definitely be staying again for my next trip to the area

We stayed at Madison Inn only for one night but I wish it were longer. Everything about the place is unique and perfect. We got the suite which has two double beds and a separate entrance. We got there before our check in time and were greeted by our host who let us leave our luggage when we went to grab lunch close by at Santana Row ( which also is a must do if you are in the area). We were there to watch the National championship game and it was located close to the airport as well the Levi’s Stadium. The facility is designed and decorated with great attention to detail from the wall paint to table napkins everything was hand picked to add to the feel of the place. I really liked the decor and design of the place very vintage/ cabin feel with the facilities of a hotel. Kudos for the efforts. Service was perfect and everything has been well though out. Port wine and cookies on arrival, hot breakfast made to your preference in the morning. Kitchenette with snacks and tea/ nesprosso. Beds were very comfortable and toiletries were provided. Loved the mint and grapefruit body lotion. The place is very well maintained you will not regret staying here. Highly recommend it!

The location and service of this inn can’t be beat. It’s not some amateur b&b run out of a couple random rooms in someone’s house. It’s a beautiful historic home that has been converted into a lovely, comfortable inn. The beds were heavenly and breakfast was great. They provide everything you need for your stay. It truly was like a home away from home. The only downside is that it hasn’t been renovated since the 80s, so it shows a little wear and tear and the faucets dripped badly. Because it was built as a home, not a hotel, the walls are pretty thin. Bring a noise machine in case the couple in the room next to you is feeling amorous, and you’ll have no problem. :)

I had to leave early in the AM to catch a flight home and they packed an amazing breakfast for me, awesome service!

Amazing amenities with a warm homey touch. The sheets were divine, the homemade breakfast was delisious and I felt like an honored guest - not like a person paying a lot of money for a terrible experience which is the usual hotel experience. Stay here and you will be blessed and honored, and we all need more of this, don't we?
