View from dinning area and rooms were clean

Location and view were superb. The hotel was beyond our expectation. Rooms were very big. Staff were very welcoming.

Had to unnecessarily book 2 room accomodation 2 kids. After check-in, we kept one room unoccupied. Had 2 pay for 2 rooms. Please improve the website

L’emplacement, la vue sur la mer . La gentillesse du personnel.

Hôtel insuffisamment entretenu , un peu décati. Ne correspond pas aux images sur booking. Ex: peinture cloquée , morceau de dalle arraché dans la chambre. Odeur désagréable . L’entourage immédiat de l’hôtel ressemble à un « dépotoir «  À la question sur une excursion de 2/3 heures on m’ a répondu qu’en dessous de 6 h il n’y avait rien à part le snorkelling ( pratiqué par nous le lendemain) Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit sur les 2 payées.

Location was far , and we struggled with the luggage’ becauz of the stairs + mosquitos ….

Staying here felt like discovering a hidden sanctuary above the ocean. The magnificent panoramic views are truly breathtaking—watching sunset over the endless blue sea was simply magical. The infinity pool blending with the horizon creates a sense of calm and luxury that is hard to describe. The atmosphere is peaceful, elegant, and intimate. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Every moment felt special, from the beautiful ambience to the delicious food and exceptional service.

The road leading to the hotel is quite rough and can be challenging, especially if you are not used to the roads in Nusa Penida. However, once you arrive and witness the spectacular views and tranquil setting, the journey quickly feels worthwhile
