The lady up front office that has a long braid was SO friendly and so customer service orientated. Made us feel so very welcome.

The room we had, the a.c. unit buzzed soooo LOUD.

"Comfortable and clean but inconvenient to make trips to the lobby to warm up dinner/coffee."

It was clean. The room was nice and quiet. Good convenient location. Comfortable beds.

There was no microwave or coffee pot or ice bucket in the room. The front desk clerk at check in was not friendly.

Very clean and comfy rooms. Out ac was on when we arrived making the room cool and pleasant as we came in from a long day at market square. Staff was very friendly. Will return again.

Compared to the other Spark property in San Antonio the one off Highway 151 . This one is dirty, not well cleaned or maintained. Could be better is that aspect, breakfast options very limited. Breakfast options dissatisfying
