Kom hier meermaals per jaar ,in maart was het kleine zwembad met jacuzzi defect nu in mei nog steeds defect,ook het eten was steeds niet warm

The property is lovely, wee bit of updating required but very clean. The staff, are exceptional, can’t do enough for you, very friendly, helpful and go above and beyond, the staff make the resort,

The staff was really polite and helpful :) I had to wait until 14.00 before I left the hotel, and they let me stay after 11.00. The breakfast was great, don't fall asleep and enjoy it! Book a transfer from & to the airport through the hotel's website.

They could do some renovation inside the room (maybe it concerns some of the rooms). The Wi-Fi had issues, even in the bathroom. Also, my lock had a problem. I guess they should replace the key with a card.

The complex is immaculate.

The Food was warm and never Hot. We booked all inclusive to include all drinks. We had to pay for a barista coffee or free machine coffee.The Pepsi and all fizzy drinks were Flat no fizz. The cold drinks were not good !!
